“AST” LLC was established in 2018 by Russian Association of International Road Carriers “ASMAP” to provide customs services to Russian and foreign carriers. "AST" is the licensed customs brokerage and the official financial guarantor, authorized by Russian Federal Customs Service. Currently, the company provides to Customers full range of customs services, such as CUSTOMS TRANSIT, IMPORT, EXPORT, etc., as well as providing a FINANCIAL GUARANTEE of customs transit procedure to the Russian Customs authorities. Also, “AST” is a partner of the RUE “Beltamozhservice” - the largest logistics operator in the Republic of Belarus, so we are able to provide services to carriers, entering the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Our company has own staff of highly qualified customs declarants and foreign trade specialists. We provide top-level services around the clock without weekends. A large amount of financial resources allow us to provide guarantees for the customs transit of very expensive goods, both by road and by sea. The company's global mission is to support international carriers, so our prices are traditionally lowest on the market. CUSTOMS TRANSIT and FINANCIAL GUARANTEE

Customs Тransit is the procedure that allows to move goods between two points in a EAEU customs territory, or between territories without paying tariffs and taxes at each point. Using the Customs Transit procedure allows for the temporary suspension of duties, taxes and commercial policy measures that are applicable at Import, Export procedures. As such, it allows customs clearance formalities to take place at the point destination rather than at the point of entry into the customs territory. In accordance with EAEU customs low, for Customs Transit procedure, the carrier should have transit declaration and financial guarantee of customs duties. As an official customs brokerage, “AST” has the right to submit Transit declarations on behalf of the client under our own electronic signature and to provide to customs authorities financial guarantee of customs duties and taxes.
Following steps are necessary for the Customs Transit procedure complete:
- conclude an agreement between “AST” and client
- send to “AST” scans (photos) of following documents:

  • shipping documents (CMR, Invoice, Packing list)
  • transport’s documents (Registration certificate, access to international transportation)
  • driver’s documents (driver license, passport)
    • As a result of the service, the client receives unique identification numbers (UIN) for presentation to the customs authorities:
    - EPI (Electronic Preliminary Information)
    - ETD (Electronic Customs Declaration)
    - Financial guarantee.

    IMPORT/EXPORT

    In accordance with EAEU customs low, for import procedures is necessary to complete and submit to the customs authorities customs declaration and pay required taxes and duties.
    As an official customs brokerage, “AST” has the right to submit Import declarations on behalf of the client under our own electronic signature. Our company can consult on all matters of Import procedure, select HS codes, help to obtain necessary permits and certificates, check and prepare full package of documents for customs clearance. We cooperate with numbers of temporary storage warehouses and customs authorities in Russian Federation and Belarus Republic.
